F-League

The hummel F-League began in 2011 with a six (6) team competition with teams from ACT, NSW and VIC participating across three (3) weekends in Sydney. This competition was extremely successful with positive feedback from teams from each state that participated.

In 2012 the hummel F-League expanded to an eight (8) team competition with teams from ACT, NSW and VIC. In 2012 the competition was played across five (5) weekends (three in NSW, two in VIC and one in ACT). 13 of the 16 members of the Futsalroos team that competed in the 2012 FIFA Futsal World Cup played in the 2012 hummel F-League.

The hummel F-League in 2013 will again see an eight (8) team men’s competition, with teams from ACT, NSW and VIC competing for not only the title of 2013 hummel F-League Champions but also the right to compete in the AFC Futsal Club Championship. 2013 also sees the introduction of an eight (8) team women’s competition with teams from ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC.
