Administration & Stock Control Coordinator
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced person to join hummel Australia in the role of Administration & Stock Control Coordinator based at Football NSW’s head office in Glenwood. This is a high demand position requiring dedication and commitment. The position’s main requirements are:-
- Track all stock through accuratley inputing and maintaining stock levels in the system
- Accuratley investigate customer credit claims to approval stage, set up, process and reconcile cylce counts and stock takes
- Ensure timely processing of all returns by customers
- Set up and perform stock takes and cylce counts in accordance with standard procedure
- Generate invoices
- Work closely with finance, customer service and warehouse staff
- Assist with root cause analysis and identify reasons for claims generation
- Set up systems and procedures to ensure efficient work flow
- Perform store persons duties in the warehouse when required
- Perform housekeeping duties as directed
- Provide assistance in other operations areas as directed
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, you will be required to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:
Essential Criteria:
- Strong administrative background including computer literacy skills
- Previous experience with an accounts package
- Proven experience in overseas purchasing and importation of goods
- Proven investigative skills, with the ability to look into, resolve and prevent stock discrepancies
- Good working knowledge of stock handling, stock taking and warehousing
- Excellent customer relations skills, highly organized and possess the ability to multitask
- Must be available to work flexible hours
