While FIFA has FFA and more than 205 other national associations as its members, it also recognises six confederations. Each FIFA member s also a member of a confederation. The NSW Department of Sport and Recreation has been a principle partner of Football NSW for over twenty years, assisting footballers across the state through their Sports Development Programs.
Their overall purpose is to assist the people of NSW to participate in sport and recreation in order to create a community that uses sport and recreation to improve its well being.
