MiniRoos Kick Off

There are two age groups for the mixed program, 4 to 6 and 7 to 9 years of age. Both boys and girls can join the program and play within a mix environment. All abilities are welcome to join the program as activities are catered for all levels and abilities.

The weekly sessions will be conducted by qualified instructors with a 1 to 10 staff/child ratio. Each weekly session for the 4 – 6 age range runs for 45 minutes and for the 7 – 9 age range is for 60 minutes.

What is an AIA Vitality MiniRoos Kick Off Program?

An introduction to football program for kids aged 4 – 9 years old using short, game based exercises to introduce the fundamental skills of football across a range of fun and engaging game-based activities.
