2026 Football NSW Club Development Conference Recap 💙

Over 230 representatives from metro Sydney, regional NSW, Northern NSW Football and Capital Football came together at Valentine Sports Park for a jam packed day of workshops, panels and inspiring guest speakers, all focused on strengthening grassroots football ahead of the new season.

From safeguarding and governance to sponsorship, marketing, grassroots coach education and more, the day delivered practical takeaways, fresh ideas and valuable connections across all levels of the game.

Thank you to all presenters, clubs, associations and attendees who helped create such an engaging and positive day of learning and connection. Community football continues to grow stronger through shared knowledge and collaboration and it’s great to see that progress in action.
